We’d booked three nights, but loved the cottage so much that we added five. It feels like home in a fairytale setting, with such care in every detail. Caro and Marc welcomed us warmly, and the cottage itself feels warm and full of love. The furniture, furnishings, and linens are all good quality, and the bed is super comfortable. It’s wonderfully peaceful in the countryside, but still well placed for nearby places to explore. Marc gave us precious advice every day. Thank you for the lovely surprise basket and the bottles of beer. It’s clear how much Caro and Marc care about their guests feeling at ease. We couldn’t have asked for better. The hammock was a brilliant surprise, too. We loved sharing photos of your paradise with friends and family, who were thrilled. Thank you for everything.

A perfect country house, with everything you need, so you can just bring your bags and arrive. The hosts are wonderful, and it’s close to everything. Definitely a must-stay in Belgium.

The Belgians hosting us were very hospitable, and the cottage is beautiful and close to Bruges. It can be hard to keep the pellet stove cosy in winter, so I’d book when it isn’t too cold.

My daughter has the same taste as me, and she already feels at home in this fairytale cottage with its magnificent garden. Before we visited, the hostess sounded very sweet and charming, and we’d already received recommendations for places to eat. We were counting down to the chance to discover it for ourselves. Now we’re here, and it really is a fairytale. Every corner has been thought through. The wide-open nature brings peace, and the garden and whole setting make you feel like you’re in Provence. There’s personal attention, warm chats with substance, and witty remarks. Just ask if you need anything. And then there’s breakfast. We’ll be back for the friendship that seems to arise on its own, through coincidence, chance, fate, and destiny. Love, Linda and Dirk.

It’s a tiny house with everything you need, plus a garden. Bring your bikes and you’re sure to enjoy some beautiful rides, like the trip to and around Bruges. We’ll definitely be back!
