Beach Palace Hotel by CW Hotel Collection

Our family room at Beach Palace Hotel in Blankenberge had a lovely ocean view and was spacious, spotless, and beautifully cared for. From the small French-style balcony we could enjoy the sea breeze and look out over the beach. We slept very well, and the Atelier Rebul amenities felt luxurious. The minibar had a full selection of drinks and nice snacks, which you don’t see often these days, and the Belgian chocolate welcome box was such a thoughtful surprise. We could bring our dog along, which was a big plus for our family. Breakfast had lots to choose from, including fresh fruit and pastries, and even champagne. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We didn’t get to try the wellness facilities this time, but everything else was perfect. We’d happily come back. Highly recommend!

I’ve travelled a lot around Europe, and this is one of the best hotels in Belgium. The service finally inspired me to write a review. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and the hospitality is excellent. A solid 10/10. We’ll definitely return.

I could hear the neighbors a little, but the room was fantastic. The staff were all super friendly, and the food was really good. It was completely worth what I paid. Definitely coming back to this hotel.

For a hotel presenting itself as luxury, our stay was deeply disappointing. We paid €815 for two nights in a junior suite, but it didn’t match the website description at all: there was no separate living room and bedroom, and the “balcony” was French-style, with no room to sit. There was also a rather threatening notice saying smoking on it would mean a €250 fine. The room and parts of the hotel had been renovated, but the work looked careless and slapdash. The breakfast was good quality, though the service was poor. At check-in and over breakfast, every interaction felt transactional, without warmth or real hospitality. Dogs are allowed at breakfast, which is a choice, but I expect staff to step in when they’re sitting on chairs and eating from the table. The staff seemed occupied with everything except the guests, and I doubt they even noticed. After 8:00 p.m. the pool is for adults only, but the atmosphere there was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like a private sauna or sex club, with couples entwined in the water. When I raised my concerns at reception, I got little listening or empathy.
