We had a pleasant two-night stay. The rooms were spotless, with large windows for plenty of fresh air, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is conveniently located near the city center. There is no elevator, though. Our room was on the first floor, but getting to a higher floor could be inconvenient. If you prefer a lower floor, it's a good idea to check with the hotel ahead of time.

The receptionist was so welcoming and suggested places to eat and visit. Breakfast was included and very pleasant, and our room was clean with a comfortable bed. You're about a 10-minute walk from the center, with some lovely local spots nearby. We have no complaints, it's perfect if you're after an affordable place to stay. We'd definitely come back!

The breakfast turned out to be the nicest surprise. There weren't many options, but everything was delicious. The bread was the most amazing I've ever had at a hotel, and the patisserie was 10 out of 10. Asiris really proves that less is more. We loved the chic, charming feel. The room was very clean, the bathroom spotless, and the bed was very good, though I wasn't as keen on the pillows. I also loved the glass windows and the old building's charm. My best friend and I stayed two nights. We expected very little from a 2-star hotel because we know hotels vary so much around the world, but that was what we could afford, as we found Bruges and Gent expensive. Yes, there are no elevators, but that can be read before booking, so I don't understand the fuss. Keep up the good work!

The room was small, but clean, comfortable, quiet at night and felt safe. I didn't spend much time at the hotel, so the stay was fine for me. The location and prices are great, and the hotel is very quiet. Bruges is an incredible city, which more than makes up for the minor inconveniences. There is no elevator, and carrying my heavy luggage to the third floor was exhausting, especially since nobody was available to help. If you have a disability or difficulty with stairs, ask for a room on the reception floor. This wasn't clearly mentioned in the Booking description. Reception is in a neighboring hotel. Twice when I needed help, I tried calling the room phone several times but couldn't reach anyone. That could be dangerous if someone needs urgent assistance in an emergency. The air conditioning also wasn't working. Opening the window wasn't always an option, because it could get too chilly.

We lost our money and our holiday was ruined. After our flight was delayed, we contacted the Manager and explained why we couldn't arrive before 11pm. He didn't offer any way to get the entry card after that time, even though we suggested several options. If you book this hotel, be aware that they may not offer a solution when something goes wrong. I'm really sad about the hotel service.
