We were especially impressed by the bathroom, which had both a shower and bathtub, and by the little touches in the well-equipped room, including coffee. The facilities were excellent. The staff were consistently welcoming and kind, and shared useful local tips about the neighborhood and nearby places to visit. Saint George was a fantastic choice for our trip to Bruges, and we absolutely loved our stay. We’d highly recommend it.

The walk into the center of Bruges takes about 10 minutes. If you drive, there’s free parking just across the canal alongside the outer ring road, though I made the mistake of parking in town and got a ticket. Martin welcomed us warmly and showed us to a huge, spotless room. The bed was lovely, and the big bath and separate shower were really nice. We’d definitely come back.

A gorgeous, spotless room with beautiful design and furniture. The host was lovely, helpful, and friendly. They’d provided all the extras, including coffee, tea, water, and bathroom supplies. The neighborhood is very quiet, but the center is still just a 10-15 minute walk away. I’ll definitely stay there again next time I’m in Bruges.

The host was kind and very hospitable. Our room was incredibly beautiful, very clean, and really close to the center. I’d recommend it without hesitation to anyone planning a visit to this wonderful city of Brugge.

The bed was good, and the place was stylish and clean, though there were several mosquitos when we arrived. Booking.com could be clearer about parking and which rooms have baths. It was advertised as 40% off, but I don’t think the room is worth more than the price we paid. What really bothered me was the toilet sharing an open space with the fridge and coffee maker. There’s no toilet door, which creates privacy and odor issues. Could be something to address in a renovation.
