Brouwerij De Sleutels

The place looked nice and clean, and the location was good. Unfortunately, our booking experience was very poor. We'd reserved two nights through the official site, but when we arrived, the woman didn't know about it until she checked and found the reservation. She said her system had problems and there was no availability for the second night, then asked us what we were going to do about it. Even after acknowledging that the problem was with her system, she didn't take responsibility for sorting it out. She offered to connect us with hotel contacts in the area that weren't too expensive. But when they answered, she asked us to explain everything from the beginning instead of speaking to them herself and trying to help. Once we'd found somewhere for the second night, we asked whether she could discount the first night, since the last-minute booking elsewhere was going to cost much more. She said, “No, that’s the final price.” The lack of customer care was unbelievable.
