The room felt roomy enough, and getting checked in was quick and painless thanks to the clear instructions. It looked modern and updated, the beds were comfortable, and there was complimentary water and beer waiting for us. Parking is nearby, with both free and paid options. The sliding bathroom door didn't close all the way, which felt a bit awkward when sharing the room. I also found some hair on the shower wall. Still, the place was clean and spacious, and the location and easy check-in made it worth staying. Would recommend.

I've been to Bruges three times, but this was my first stay here. The place was spotless, and the service was easily among the best I've experienced. The location is wonderful too. I really can't find the words, I'll definitely stay here on my next visits and highly recommend it.

A calm, lovely spot, only a few minutes' walk from the city centre. The room was cozy and everything felt perfect, right down to the smallest details. Breakfast was excellent, and there was free beer and chocolate in the room. One of the best stays I've ever had. Amazing!

A little jewel of a hotel, full of charm. The room, location and welcome were all great. What more could you ask for?

The room was spotless, surprisingly so, and had everything we needed, including a small coffee machine, a welcome change from the usual instant coffee, and an air conditioning unit that would be handy in summer. Check-in wasn't until 4pm, which is later than I'm used to, but the hotel is beautiful, comfortable and right in the centre of Brugge.
