Hotel Augustyn

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, and made the whole stay feel warm and welcoming. Little touches made it even nicer, like umbrellas for guests and a basket of pastries in the lobby after breakfast. Hotel Augustyn is a beautiful boutique property in a charming building right by one of the canals, just a short walk from the city centre. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable, a relaxing place to come back to after exploring Bruges. I had an excellent experience and would happily stay at Hotel Augustyn again. I'd confidently recommend it to anyone visiting Bruges.

We loved our stay and would definitely come back if we ever return to Brugges. The hotel is close to the centre, so it was just a short walk to the main areas. We stayed in early December for the Christmas markets, and it was very much worth the visit! This lovely little boutique-style hotel was very clean, with modern decor. The staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.

The location is beautiful, close to the center but far enough away to feel peaceful, and there are some really good breakfast places nearby. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything in the bedroom was there, it was very clean, and the water pressure and temperature were perfect. I absolutely love this hotel.

Our four-person room exceeded expectations. It was a large room on the 2F, with gorgeous big windows that opened onto the canal and quiet streets. Just unbelievable. The bathroom also had tall windows opening onto a quiet neighborhood alley. From what I saw during visits, I think the rooms for two people may be less airy and bright.
