Aparthotel Adagio Brussels Grand Place

The metro is just steps from the hotel entrance, and a Carrefour grocery store is right across the way. It’s also an easy walk to two train stations and the Grand Place. Our apartment overlooked the adjacent shopping mall, but the rooms were quiet and we had no street noise. My son and I stayed for a week while travelling around Belgium. We were welcomed warmly and shown to a very comfortable apartment-style suite. It was spacious and modern, with everything from dishes, pots, and pans to linens, towels, cutlery, and appliances. The amenities suited anyone wanting a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend it for no-frills comfort with easy access to restaurants, shops, and transport.

We had a lovely first family trip to Europe. We each had our own studio apartment, all next to one another, which worked well for travelling as a family. The hotel staff were friendly and understanding about check-in and check-out. There was also a convenient lobby and kitchen area on the second floor near the apartments. The location was great: Carrefour supermarket is opposite, and the metro station is nearby, making it easy to get around Brussels.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the internet was fast. They even let us stay an extra hour when we couldn’t arrive on time, and we could leave our luggage in storage. There are water filling machines at the hotel entrance, and the friendly staff had thought of everything. The location makes it easy to get around, with the metro right next door and nearby access to everything. Grand Place is a 6-7 minute walk away.

The apartment was nicely decorated, with excellent size and facilities, and there was safe luggage storage. It would have been great to have tea and more coffee, but that’s my only small complaint. We really enjoyed staying here, especially with the central location for the Christmas markets.
