They let me check in two hours early, which was great. The apartments are big, really nice, and furnished with new, modern furniture. They're close to the center, but tucked into tiny, narrow streets that make them hard to find.

We were planning to visit the city and hotel on Saturday, 21.11.2015, and I had booked for four adults and one child. That day, the news said the situation in the city was extremely dangerous, with soldiers in the streets hunting terrorists, tourists trapped in hotels, and restaurants, cafes, and shops all closed. We called the hotel to cancel, but they refused. They offered us another date instead. We accepted so we wouldn't lose our money, even though we weren't sure we could make it, and only then were we told there would be extra charges for the second booking. Under those circumstances, I find it simply unacceptable that they wouldn't let us cancel.

The apartments are really great. Just keep in mind they're spread across different locations around the reception at RUE GRETRY 23, 1000 BRUSSELS.

The location is good, but the place itself is very basic.

The location is great, and the place is clean and spacious. Seems like a good fit for families or friends. The elevator is a bit small, but it wasn't a major inconvenience. I highly recommend it. Photos were taken on an iPhone 7.
