The room is on the second floor of the house and is set up more like an apartment, though it can be booked separately. There’s one larger bedroom with a king size bed and a smaller one with a single bed. Before we arrived, the very nice owner, who speaks French, English and Dutch, sent us all the details we needed. She asked about breakfast preferences, and we chose scrambled eggs, hamburger, cheese, biological fruits, jam, coffee and croissants. We really appreciated how kind she was. We’d booked the room for a short visit to Bruxelles yesterday, which included a theater night. We’ll definitely come back when Bruxelles is on our travel list again!

The quiet setting made it easy to rest, and the place was clean and well equipped. It’s not far from central Brussels, either. The owner clearly cares about making guests comfortable. A good option for a family or a small group travelling together.

We slept and relaxed so well because it was such a quiet spot. The host was friendly, and the cosy house is close to both the woods and the city centre.
