We were nine friends, and every room was quiet and really comfortable. The rooms were a great size, too. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, some of the nicest service we experienced. Breakfast was excellent, with an extensive buffet and items cooked to order if requested. The location is ideal, just seconds from the main pedestrian shopping street and about a 5-10 minute walk to the Grand Place. There’s an underground entrance right outside, and Brussels Nord is an easy ten-minute walk. I’d definitely return.

The room was very clean, and the staff were kind and attentive. I loved being right in the city center. The downside was some noise outside early in the morning. With such a convenient location, it may be hard to avoid. My friends said they didn’t hear anything because they were so tired, so I may just have been a light sleeper that night.

It’s a convenient base for seeing Brussels, with the station right next door and lively areas, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with what you need for a pleasant stay. Service was excellent throughout, professional, friendly, and responsive. I’d definitely consider staying again.

Yassin, who works in the 9th floor breakfast restaurant, deserves a compliment. His smile, manner, and sincere, helpful service made us feel very comfortable. Please pass this feedback on to him, and thank him for his kindness and excellent service. I hope to see him again when I return to the hotel. Thank you once more. p sin

The bar was a lovely place to spend time, with a great atmosphere, stunning views over Brussels, and excellent drinks. Diany was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind there. Fernando was friendly and helpful with recommendations and directions, too. Onofre welcomed us warmly when we arrived and made us feel cared for. He went out of his way to make our anniversary special. The hotel is luxurious, beautifully designed, and right in the center, a great base for exploring Brussels. Our room was modern, spacious, and high-spec, with a great bathroom. We had a wonderful, memorable stay at NH Collection Brussels City Centre, and truly recommend it. Try the local beers.
