Hotel Agenda Louise

I was stuck in Brussels for one night and needed a room for my family of three. Booking.Com showed this as an option, but when I arrived, they said it was only available for two people, so at 2am I had to go look for another room for myself. Yet when my mother and aunt got to the room I'd booked, there were three beds in it. My aunt asked why they'd let me leave if a third bed was possible, but the man said there were only two on the machine. He was extremely rude. The hotel is well located and the rooms are comfortable, but the staff are really not hospitable.

The room was roomy and had large windows, though several things in the room and bathroom were quite worn and need replacing. It felt a little cool inside, while the bathroom was comfortably warm. There was a really nice hairdryer in the bathroom, and we enjoyed the complimentary coffee. The TV was hard to turn on, and there's no outdoor smoking area. The girl at reception was friendly and kind. We stayed in March, and I recommend the hotel as good value for the price.

A really nice hotel, with spacious, clean, well-presented rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is good if you pay a bit extra. Don't let the three-star rating put you off. It's a little far from the town centre, but the good price per night makes up for that.

The staff were very nice, spoke fluent English, and the service was very good. Our room was big, with a spacious, clean bathroom. The only thing I'd suggest improving is the Wi-Fi. It sometimes drops out, but starts working again after a few seconds, and it's fast. I really recommend this hotel if you want a safe place with brand-name shops around it.
