There were 24 of us at the hotel from 28.02 till 31.02.2026, and everyone got a great room. The bedding was soft and clean, and fresh towels, coffee pods, cookies, and tea bags were provided every day. Each room had a kettle and coffee machine. We asked for early check-in because we had an early flight, and were pleasantly surprised that almost all our rooms were ready when we arrived. The location is convenient: sights are within walking distance, public transport is close by, and there are cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Brussels.

We had a great stay on Saturday night. Parking was booked and right in front of the hotel, and bars and restaurants are conveniently close. The pool is a plunge pool, but it’s nice and warm. We’ll be back.

The rooftop bar is lovely, with kind service and good cocktails. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The “heated pool” was disappointing, though. It’s one tiny pool near the bar, not a spa, and despite being open, it wasn’t warm enough in winter.

The kids loved this place, especially the rooftop pool, which was awesome. The rooftop bar is lovely too, with great city views. There’s a nice atmosphere throughout, and great music in the bar and reception. The whole place smells lovely, genuinely. It’s an arty, quirky hotel, full of color and great decor. Staff were pleasant, helpful, and friendly. Our rooms were lovely, clean, tidy, and well maintained, with nothing broken or dirty. We all loved it and would love to come back. Thanks so much ❤️

The room on the 6th Floor (Supra) had lovely views, a comfortable bed, and a roomy bathtub. The kids liked the stylish design too, and the rooftop bar was a highlight. Online check-in was easy, and we appreciated the free tea and coffee and the air conditioning. The location is handy for public transport, shops, and restaurants. A few things could be better: the lift is tiny, with room for at most four, and both the Wi-Fi and mobile signal were weak. There was dust under the bed. Drivers should also know the road nearby is busy and confusing, though that’s not the hotel’s fault.
