We got great value for money, and honestly had nothing to complain about with the accommodation. It was clean and just as described, with coffee and a Nespresso machine available. There’s no reception, but picking up the keys from a lockbox worked perfectly. The host was very accommodating and let us leave our luggage for a few hours before our train. The area around Gare du Midi can feel rough and not very safe, though we didn’t have any safety concerns ourselves.

We got the access code instructions in advance, and didn’t see any other guests while we were there. The place is beautifully designed and very well priced. It’s also handy for Gare du Midi, with the city center about 15 minutes away. Highly recommend!

From the street, you’d never guess how magical the loft is inside. We rented the suite, which was superb and had everything we needed. Martine took wonderful care of us. I travel a lot, and this magnificent Brussels gem has an exceptional location. All credit to its owner. I highly recommend it!

We stayed three nights and loved the loft. The entrance felt secure, and the place was quiet, spotless and tastefully decorated. Our spacious room had all the comforts we needed: towels, slippers, shampoo, a hairdryer, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, large TV and Wi-Fi. There’s also a little terrace and plenty of thoughtful touches. The location near Gare du Midi made it easy to explore the city. You can have breakfast delivered in the morning for €15 per person, or pick up groceries at the mini-market nearby. Martine was away during our stay, with a concierge filling in, so the visit felt a little less charming and we missed having her around. We did meet her on departure day, though, and she was very friendly and welcoming.
