The photos looked lovely, but the place I got was a very cold basement with a freezing floor. The heater ran 24/7 and still couldn't make it feel even a little warmer. We had to wear winter jackets inside to stay warm. I definitely don't recommend it. For this price, there are lots of other normal places that don't cheat customers.

The garden suite was excellent, with a great kitchenette, sitting area and study. It's more of a serviced apartment with all the amenities, and the staff were very helpful. They lent guests umbrellas because Brussels rain is unpredictable. When we arrived, it had turned cold and was drizzling a little. The metro stations and bus stops are a 5-10 minute walk, so getting around the city is easy. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The location is quiet and safe, in a popular part of the European district, with supermarkets and nice restaurants within walking distance. Metro and train stations are very close, and Grand Place is a 20-minute walk away. We traveled with our little one, and the large suites and fully equipped kitchenette made MAS a very nice choice for families. The maison is beautifully decorated, mixing traditional style with modern features. We stayed twice during our time in Brussels, and the customer service was hard to beat. Maria Inez and Lorena were extremely kind, flexible and accommodating throughout. I wish I could give this place more than five stars. Thanks to all the ladies on staff for being amazing. MAS is the place to stay in Brussels!

We mainly needed somewhere to base ourselves while visiting other places in Belgium on our first Brussels trip. This seemed like a business serviced apartment, but it was very good accommodation. The location was quiet and close to the metro, a supermarket and places to eat. The front desk staff were excellent and so helpful. Good rates, highly recommended.

On my first stay at MAS two years ago, it was a lovely surprise. I came back to Brussels this year and had no doubt about where to stay. Reception was flawless again, and the whole visit was very comfortable. The blue suite is adorable and cozy. I love how the bed area is on a split level, and the bed was perfect, with fluffy, full pillows. The room and bathroom were clean and organized. Even in the heart of the European District, it was quiet and looked out onto the garden. For the stylish room, location and service, the prices are super convenient. MAS is always a guarantee of comfort and elegance. If I'm back in Brussels, I already know I'll book there again. 💕
