I stayed one night on my own in 2024 and would happily come back. The staff were all welcoming, and at check-in I was given a token for a complimentary drink. I loved the hotel's look, and my room was spacious with a roomy bathroom and a very comfortable bed. I couldn't quite get the AC working, but the temperature was fine, neither too hot nor too cold. There's a nice gym downstairs with lockers. The hotel is near the high street, with plenty of shops and places to eat, and a bus stop close by. The station is about a 10-minute drive away. I could leave my luggage and keep using the facilities well after checkout since I wasn't leaving until the evening.

I had a really good stay and would definitely come back. The location is perfect, the staff are polite and helpful, and the bed and shower were both good. There was enough room for two people and their bags. The bar and restaurant are good value compared with nearby places, and the coworking space is really good too. One letdown was the welcome drink ticket at check-in. You can only choose alcoholic or non-alcoholic, and the alcoholic choice is just one drink. It was so bad I could barely drink it, and the couple next to us couldn't finish theirs either. Letting people choose from the menu would be a much better idea, especially since they may buy more drinks later.

The Moxy team gets it right. Everyone is warm, smiling and happy to help, and the place has a great feel. My last traditional Mariott felt stiff and faceless because the staff seemed so focused on being professional. The services, cleanliness and room layout here are just right for me. Other parts of the Mariott group could learn from this. Well done!

The staff who served us were young, polite and friendly, and breakfast was good. We had a spacious room with a comfortable bed and decent sound insulation from both neighboring rooms and the hallway. It's a modern hotel that seems recently built, and it's well placed for the city center. Prices are a bit high, but quality costs.

For work at the EU Institutions, this is a great hotel choice for a business trip. The rooms are spacious, with modernized furniture that makes them comfortable, and the service is impeccable. The whole stay was superb!
