Pullman Brussels Centre Midi

The room had the basics we needed, including a safe and fridge, and was a decent size with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. The hotel was clean and lovely, with a welcoming lobby and friendly staff. I only stayed one night but would gladly come back for longer. There's also a restaurant and sauna, though I didn't try either. The station is very close, while the main sights take about a 20-25 minute walk.

I was leading a group of more than 40 people checking into Hotel Pullman Brussels Centre Midi on March 2, 2026, and the check-in was stressful from the start. Of the three lobby lifts, two were broken, leaving one for the whole hotel. With our 24 rooms and all the luggage, we waited an incredibly long time to get upstairs. The hotel should have handled this basic facilities problem better. When I raised it with Duty Manager Ms. Ashly at the front desk, she was unpleasant and dismissive. She didn't apologize or offer a solution, and her attitude showed little care for guests. That was not acceptable treatment from a manager. We later found juice and drinks left in our rooms. It felt like a cheap attempt to buy five-star reviews, which came across as manipulative and dishonest. Good reviews should come from good service, not drinks. The hotel looks standard, but the facilities and service, especially from Ms. Ashly, made for a terrible experience. I'd urge future travelers to think twice. There are better options in Brussels with functioning facilities and better management.

The location worked really well for us: there's direct access from the train station, and the metro and tram are easy to reach. We traveled to different cities each day, and there are plenty of food places inside the station if you don't want to head out. Breakfast was decent, with a reasonable hot and cold selection. It got crowded around 8am, but was still manageable. I was cautious because of the mixed reviews about service and location, but ended up having a nice five-night stay. We checked in just before 3pm. They couldn't arrange an early check-in since the hotel had been full the night before, which I completely understand. Everything in room 726 worked properly, including the bathtub, which was lovely after a long day exploring Belgium. The room was cleaned without trouble and supplies were always replenished. I'd recommend it if you're getting around Brussels by public transport.

The location is so convenient, with access from either the terminal or outside. The staff can speak English, French, and Spanish. They give you slippers and other amenities, the pillows have their own style 😎, and the beds are fantastic. Such a lovely place to stay. Go visit!
