Royal Hotel

The room was dirty and nowhere near good enough to stay in, even for one night. Ants got into our cake and ruined all of it. The shower was broken and difficult to use. They said all amenities were provided, but some weren't listed when we arrived. A terrible experience.

The photos don't match the reality, and it felt like a rip-off. Getting to the hotel is difficult, with steep stairs and no elevator. My room had crumbs on the floor, little ants and other tiny insects, and only one towel for two nights. The shower curtain was grimy and the shower filthy. The refrigerator didn't work. I wouldn't trust this listing.

The staff were deceptive and very unprofessional. The rooms were dirty and full of fungus, the shower had no working warm water, and the toilet didn't function. Worst hotel in all of Europe.

We noticed the problems and immediately booked another hotel. The room smelled of cigarettes, part of the door frame was missing, and the fridge was disgusting. In the bathroom, the door wouldn't close or lock, the toilet seat and flush button were broken, there was mold everywhere, and the towels were dirty. On top of all that, you have to leave your key at the front desk every time you go out. Don't stay here.
