The room was lovely and clean, and aside from a slightly bent top additional lock and a shower cap that fell off, I had a great stay. Breakfast was delightful too. A gentleman with dreadlocks whose name I didn't catch was attentive and warm, making the morning feel personal and unrushed. Check-in staff were efficient, courteous and made me feel expected. My taxi driver, Abdel, welcomed me warmly and was professional and discreet. The return taxi was arranged smoothly, with no fuss or delay. The hotel was thoughtful and discreet throughout, and I left feeling well looked after. I'll certainly return.

I had a really pleasant night here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was lovely. Everyone on staff was welcoming, kind and professional. Thanks to the whole team for the hospitality, I'd be happy to come back.

Mihaela and Jimmy in the breakfast area were especially professional and attentive, and I appreciated their service. The rest of my stay from 15 to 18 February 2026 was a serious disappointment. I usually choose Sofitel and Accor properties and have been satisfied with the brand before, so my expectations were high. A strong burnt electrical cable smell by the elevators and along the corridor to my room lasted all three nights. I reported it several times, but nothing was done, leaving me worried about a possible electrical problem. The shower pressure was very low and wasn't fixed after I reported it. The fitness area was poorly maintained, with full trash bins, a cracked mirror, and no disinfectant sprays or wipes for the equipment, even after I asked. I also saw breakfast items being set out without gloves or tongs. They corrected this after I pointed it out, but it raised hygiene concerns. During group check-outs, the credit card system repeatedly had errors, which suggested operational and organizational problems. This stay was far below the standard I expected and has made me seriously unsure about coming back.

The staff, especially housekeeping, were friendly and outstandingly helpful, and are what made this hotel stand out for me. We stayed three nights and loved it. The rooms are fairly spacious and well designed, with art by Belgian artists on display that I especially liked. It's in the European district, around 20 to 40 minutes from the more central places, but I still found it ideally located for seeing Brussels. I'll definitely pick this hotel again next time I'm in the city.
