Studio à 800 m de la Grand Place

We booked this property shortly before our trip, on 19 August 2018, and paid in advance. We arrived on time, but the door was locked. When we called, we found out they had moved our booking to another place without telling us beforehand and expected us to get there at our own expense. We refused. They rudely told us, "do whatever you like." My family and I spent four hours out on the street, including my elderly parent and little girl, before we finally filed a complaint with the nearby police station. We’re still trying to get our money back. We’d come to Brussels for the last day of the Brussels flower carpet event in 2018, but the whole day was lost finding another hotel at very high prices and wandering around outside. Another guest coming out of the hotel told us two more families had gone through the same thing the day before.

We had a good stay in this spacious, nice flat. Communication was smooth too, thanks :)

The manager was polite and quick to respond. The apartment was clean and roomy, and the neighborhood was good.

There’s plenty of storage, and the location is ideal. Everything you need is there.
