We haven't even arrived yet, but Anna D. has already given us the best customer service I've experienced. The support so far has been unmatched. I'll update my rating after we get there, though I suspect it'll be excellent. Thank you, Anna, you're very appreciated! 🙏

The apartment is spacious and fully equipped, and the service was excellent. It's just off avenue louise and rue de bailli, in what may be the best part of Brussels, especially for expats.

We rented it for a week while attending a conference near the Atomium. The neighborhood was really pleasant and easy to get around, even though it was a distance from the conference. Hostess Anna was wonderfully helpful, better than we expected. I'd recommend staying here and would come back.
