I booked from my country and, upon arrival, there was not even a smile or a “welcome.” The receptionist told me that he could not find my reservation; fortunately, I had my voucher with me. He kept my passport at the reception desk, while other customers of a different nationality — whom I will not mention — only had to show their documents briefly. I felt a certain level of discrimination because of this. The room had a strange smell, the bed was uncomfortable and made noise even with the slightest movement. Absolutely terrible experience at Urban City Centre Hostel. From the moment we checked in, the reception guy was rude and unfriendly. He even argued with my friends instead of helping us, which was shocking and unprofessional. The location also felt unsafe and uncomfortable, especially for travelers arriving with luggage. The hostel itself was a disaster. No lift, no air conditioning, no towels — basic things that should be expected were missing. The stairs were extremely narrow and steep, making it a nightmare to carry luggage up and down. If you are traveling with bags, avoid this place comp

Stayed two nights at this hostel, one of the budget hostels in Brussels city center, perfect for backpackers because the price is very affordable. The location is very strategic, only a ten minute walk to Brussesls-Midi station and five minutes to Clemenceau metro station. It's very close to tourist area such as Grand Place, Brussels Central Station, Royal Palace of Brussels etc. Unfortunately, this hostel has no elevator,so every guest has to use the staircase. I stayed in a 6-bed mixed dormitory with a sharef bathroom. The room and bathroom are clean. The amenities were quite complete, inclu
