The room was large, comfortable, and cleaned every day, and breakfast was homemade, fresh, and satisfying. It was mostly the same each morning. Xavier was quick and easy to communicate with, so getting there and sorting out the practical details went smoothly. It’s an easy walk to Brussels Midi and close enough to the city center to explore on foot. The street was generally quiet, though with the windows shut in the cold weather we still heard some street noise and creaking from the floors above. Sound insulation isn’t perfect. There’s a steep, narrow staircase to reach the rooms. Xavier kindly helped us, but it could be tricky for people with mobility issues, small children, or lots of bags. These things didn’t spoil our stay. We found it comfortable, good value, and well placed for visiting Brussels.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with fresh croissants, eggs, juice, and good coffee. Xavier and his family were welcoming, and Xavier was attentive, professional, and helpful throughout. Our room at X2 Bed and Breakfast was spacious, clean, and well kept, with high ceilings, a luxurious bathroom, and everything we needed. Daily cleaning helped keep it comfortable. The B&B is in a calm area and conveniently close to attractions including Grand Place, Palais de Justice, and the Belgian Chocolate Village. I was very impressed with the stay and would happily return to Brussels and stay here again. Thanks, Xavier!

We slept wonderfully: the bed and pillows at X2Brussels were among the most comfortable we’ve had while traveling. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty each morning, and on our last day the owner packed a breakfast box since we had to leave early. Xavier was so friendly and did a lot to make us feel at home. His mum helped create the same warm, welcoming feeling. It felt more like visiting family than staying at a B&B. We spent three nights at X2Brussels Bed And Breakfast. It’s conveniently located near both the city centre and Midi railway station, so getting around Brussels was easy. We’d choose it again if we return.

The B&B is five minutes on foot from the City's main attractions, and Xavier even has a printed map with his own picks for food, drinks, and culture. The room was tidy and nicely laid out, and the bed was very comfortable and cosy. The whole stay made it easy to get a good night's sleep. Xavier and his mother were attentive, helpful, and friendly hosts. The freshly cooked breakfast was a treat. My wife and I had a lovely stay in March 2023 and would recommend it to anyone who can manage the stairs.

The rooms are spacious and right in central Brussels, with plenty of bars and restaurants with outdoor seating within walking distance. It’s about ten minutes from the train station and five from Grand Place. Xavier was a great host, and Daniel kept us well fed at breakfast. We’d definitely stay here again next time we visit.
