The room was spotless and seemed brand new, and I slept so well. I really didn't want to go home; the place felt so cozy and welcoming. The owners are lovely, accommodating and friendly, and they made me feel like part of the family. It's peaceful, quiet and clean, with a beautiful garden to sit in. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh-squeezed orange juice and healthy, quality food. I came to town for the Energetic Wellness Center and Spa, which I highly recommend too. It's a five-minute drive or a 25-minute walk. A perfect stay all around, and I hope to come back one day!

The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed our short visit. Our room had plenty of sockets, plus a Google Chrome Cast box for streaming shows. The decor was original, with a coal mine theme, and we were very happy with the rooms. The warmth during our stay was pleasant, and the air conditioning helped a bit. It was generally peaceful around the canal, with the nature and colorful garden adding to the setting. Now and then we heard mopeds or cars accelerating hard, though that's outside the owners' control.
