Le Barbouillon in the Ardennes was cozy, clean, and tucked into a quiet village, which made it a great place to relax. Our host was super friendly and made us feel welcome. Breakfast came with lovely local goodies. I'd definitely recommend it for a laid-back stay with a helpful host.

The food was absolutely delicious, all homemade, and breakfast was just as good. They asked whether you'd like coffee or eggs, prepared themselves. The rooms are large, comfy, and full of light, and the price was amazing. We went walking nearby and got in pretty late, at 20h, but the lady who runs the place was super nice and didn't mind at all. I'd highly recommend it!

The meat was the best I've had in a long time, and the people were friendly. It's simple accommodation in a quiet location. Unfortunately, if you don't speak French, it's very difficult to make yourself understood.

The room was a bit small, but tidy and comfortable. Really good breakfast, and a nice restaurant too. Very cute little hotel.

A small but comfortable hotel. The receptionists were kind and helpful!
