There’s a bus stop right outside, which helps since the hotel is a bit out of the way. The rooms were somewhat dark because of the trees outside, but they were okay, and the staff were friendly. I might stay here again if I come back to Genk.

The rooms are okay, nothing special, and the cleaning could be better. The bathroom is the real problem. It badly needs updating: the shower drain is so slow that after five minutes you're standing in a few centimetres of water, and the poor airflow makes it steam up fast and stay that way. The heating also makes a high-pitched noise, even with the dial turned all the way down.

Getting here on foot from Genk town centre can be difficult, but I would still highly recommend this hotel to visitors. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Robert drove four of us to the football match and back, and told us about the history of Genk and its football club along the way. Our clean room had its own toilet and shower, plus a TV and tea and coffee.

A nice place with polite, helpful staff. The breakfasts could use more variety, especially for the price.

I was the only guest at the hotel, and with the poor Wi-Fi and a heater that didn't work very well, it wasn't a great stay.
