The location was great, the price was good, and the building had a lot of character with lovely decor. Our host was really nice, even though we arrived late for check-in, and breakfast was great. The only issues were that we didn't get the room we'd booked, our room was a bit dusty, and the bathroom felt cramped. I can't really complain, though. Thanks again, Francis :) Make sure to see the breakfast room!!

I stayed here in August a few months ago and found bedbugs (!!!). The owner wasn't anywhere near the accommodation, so we had to get in touch with one of the people living on the top floor. Disgusting. The rooms were dusty and old-fashioned, and there was a damp smell.

We had the Asia room, and each room has a theme based on a continent. The owners collected decorations from that region for it. The whole place has an atlas theme, with globes and other related things. The WiFi was great and the owners were very accommodating. It's a little hard to get to, but that wasn't a big deal, and being close to the city centre makes up for it.

Be careful, this hotel has reportedly had bedbugs for over a year!!! The owner doesn't take responsibility and lets guests stay in infested rooms. He also won't answer the phone when you call in the evening about an emergency. Renting out rooms with infested mattresses is disgusting and unethical.

The location is perfect for starting a visit to Ghent, and the host was lovely. Coming into the B&B felt like stepping into a geographer's dream, which is fitting since that's my job. Everything in Atlas seems designed to make you think about exploring new horizons. Breakfast was an amazing start to the day. Thank you so much 💓
