We loved the location, on a leafy street near the university and about a 15-minute walk from the centre and riverside. Street parking is available, with meters nearby that are easy to use, but check the hours you need to pay. We stayed in The Wonder Room and Comfy Room on the second floor. Both were furnished to a very high standard. One had a little balcony facing the street, opening into the tree canopy, and the other had a rear terrace with seating. The continental breakfast was beautifully laid out, with fresh coffee and eggs cooked how you like them. It all had a boutique feel, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Reception is staffed until 4.00pm. A stunning place to stay.

We had a lovely family stay, with super friendly staff and an extraordinary breakfast that had so much attention to detail. Special mention for the pancakes! The glass doors on the ensuite bathrooms were a poor design choice, in my opinion. They made using the toilet awkward and didn't give us enough privacy. Please stop this trend.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and welcoming, and the breakfast was top notch.

We stayed on the third floor, and there isn't a lift. The room was lovely and very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower room was nice. Breakfast was delicious, and the welcoming host made this a delightful B&B. We had everything we needed to rest up before exploring Ghent. There are several car parks a short walk away, and you can park outside the hotel for a little while.

The bathroom's glass door didn't give us much privacy. It was okay for the shower, but not great when using the toilet. Even so, it's a fantastic B&B with spacious rooms, really friendly hosts, and an incredible breakfast. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
