My wife and I really enjoyed our three months at Sleepstreet, and would stay again if we came back to Belgium. It was close to the city centre but still in a very quiet neighborhood. The landlord was very correct.

The house had a cozy layout and was just the right size for our group of six. We had a great long weekend at Sleepstreet (house no. 71), in a place decorated beautifully in a 1950s/1960s style. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the town centre, past some interesting spots, and there’s a bakery around the corner. We did miss a few things, like glassware and some finishing touches. The kitchen faucet leaked, there was a spider web, and the walls were damaged.

The apartment is very close to the centre, and the bathroom was relatively new and nice. The rest needs renovation, with long cracks in the plaster and dirty walls. Cleanliness could have been better, especially in the kitchenette.

Apartment no. 4 had everything we needed, and the location was great. The bedroom curtains let in so much light that we woke up early each morning. At least it gave us more time to enjoy the day!
