We stayed one night with friends to see Hasselt’s illuminated Japanese garden, and it was such a nice experience. The hotel is ideally located, with direct lift access from public parking. The staff were great, and you could tell they enjoyed working there. Dinner and breakfast were both top notch. Special thanks to Axel for check-in, Pascal in the restaurant, and Katrin at breakfast. I can only recommend this place.

We only stayed overnight, but wished we could have stayed longer. It’s a really nice, clean, and tidy hotel in the town center, with comfortable beds. Highly recommended.

The service made this stay feel special, from the gracious receptionists and managers to the cleaning staff, who kept everything running smoothly without getting in the way. People I passed seemed relaxed and happy, and the hotel had a calm, efficient feel with real warmth. The pool was under construction, and the gym is small but functional, with an upgrade still planned. The new sauna was divine, just right for unwinding at the end of the day. I rarely give a flawless five-star review, but for this stay I have nothing negative to say. I hope the team doesn’t feel they need to be perfect every time, because nothing in life is, but this time my experience was perfect for me. I’m deeply grateful.

Breakfast had a good range of tasty food, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and well furnished, though it would be better if they provided slippers.
