The rooms are roomy and modern, with a nice touch of older furniture in the decor. The staff were so friendly and made us feel welcome, and the food was excellent, with something to suit every demand. Breakfast is a little basic, but just ask for what you need and the professional, friendly staff will help. I'd definitely come back.

The restaurant is really good and worth a try if you're nearby. Staff were hospitable, with that genuine Wallon warmth, and my room was spacious, with plenty of closets, a bathroom, and a shower. It was quiet during my stay in corona-time. The one downside was the old flooring, which creaked loudly in the middle of the night.

The bedroom was spacious and the bed comfortable, though there was no kettle. We were warmly welcomed at the Auberge while travelling by motor-bike. It's right in the centre of an old village, with the bar and restaurant downstairs, more on that below.

The location is lovely, right in the centre of Thulin, where you can wake up to the church bells. The bar is nice, the desserts amazing, and both the food and the friendly staff get 12 points from me. In the morning showers, though, I missed having stronger water pressure. That's what wakes me up.
