The river is only 100m in front of the house, and there are kayaking possibilities. It's a quiet spot with great facilities, and town, with a supermarket, is a 15-minute walk away. The owner is friendly and communicates well. It works for two families, and is also a great fit for groups touring on foot or by bike.

The owners were friendly and helpful whenever we needed them. It's about a 20-minute walk to beautiful La Roche-en-Ardenne, and the house sits in a lovely spot on the Ourthe River. Inside, there's a wood-fired hot tub and a fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of glasses, dishes and cutlery, which you don't come across that often. A very spacious holiday home. Highly recommended!

A peaceful place on the Ourthe River, well located for exploring the Ardennes or Luxembourg, about a half-hour drive away. There's excellent hiking in the area too.

We booked for a week, but there was only one partly used toilet roll and no spares. The dishcloth smelled used, the dish brush was discolored, and we got just two dishwasher tablets for the whole stay. One wardrobe had no doorknob, the Christmas decorations were dusty, and the shower edges were dirty. The kitchen had no cutting boards, teapot, bread knife, salt, pepper, other spices, or olive oil. When we asked about hiking maps, we were pointed to an app that mostly showed hikes outside La Roche, and we couldn't find a usable map. We might have realized from a closer look that the apartment was very small, but with all these shortcomings, it wasn't worth the price. It felt like the business side mattered more than our comfort.
