Red & Breakfast

I spent two weeks here and felt like I was at a friend’s home. Michel and Nicole put so much heart and effort into making the stay pleasant, and I’d definitely return when I’m next in Liege. It was easy to walk everywhere from the B&B. My room was spotless and very spacious, and breakfast had plenty to choose from, including eggs, lots of breads, jam, cold cuts, and cheese.

Michel made me feel very welcome and went out of his way to help. He knows the local sights, places to eat, and spots to try Belgian beer, and was generous with advice. The room had a large, comfortable bed and pillows, and was clean, modern, and thoughtfully set up. I came to Liege for the Spa Formula 1 Grand Prix and really enjoyed both the accommodation and the location. I’d stay again.

Nicole kept the room extremely tidy and clean every day, and the owners were very hospitable. Breakfast on the sunny terrace was a treat, especially Michele’s homemade jam. The place was surprisingly quiet despite being near a road and railway. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk from the main city attractions, and there’s free parking. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

This is my usual place to stay in Liège. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a lovely artsy touch from the hostess. Breakfast is delicious, with eggs made in all sorts of ways, and the hosts are friendly. There’s also a jacuzzi and sauna on-site. I’d recommend it.
