Worst place I’ve stayed. There were people taking drugs throughout the building, and my room had no heat and looked nothing like the pictures online. My door wouldn’t close, and customer service told me to “play with it.” The alarm kept making noise the whole time. They didn’t even want to offer a refund. Unfriendly and horrible!!!!!!!

There was no hot water or heating, and several things were missing, dirty, or broken. Nothing was done about any of it. When you called, they either shushed you or said they couldn’t help. The hotel was terrible, and the staff were worse. For this price, you could stay somewhere better.
