They required an undisclosed security deposit when I booked, then refused the reservation. They had told me over the phone they wouldn't charge one, but later denied ever making that promise. On the phone, the manager was haughty and disdainful, and even threatened me. It's linked to the Mademoiselle hotel, which I would avoid.

We had a fantastic stay in the Phuket room. The suite was very spacious, everything was spotless, and the bed was large and comfortable. The staff were so friendly. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed in the Punch Room, and it was gorgeous, with such a lovely scent. The whole place was quiet and private, and reception was always there when we called. It was our first getaway like this in 13 years, and we have no regrets. A truly magical, romantic stay. We’ll be back soon! 😍
