Breakfast turned out to be my favourite meal of my week travelling through Europe. It had a great balance of sweet and savory, and the coffee was exceptional. The room was immaculate, and I slept very well both nights. The building is stunning, full of original character and charm. Michel has done a remarkable job restoring it, bringing out the original features while adding modern amenities. I liked everything about my stay, and will recommend it to friends and family. I hope to visit again.

The breakfast was very good and more than filling, and we were surprised by how affordable the stay was for the service and location. It’s a beautiful, characterful house, kept clean and lovely. The friendly host explains everything you need to know. We’d consider coming back when we visit Tournai again. It’s a beautiful city too!

A real gem, with a charming atmosphere and a stunning bathroom. We got a warm, wonderful welcome, and they were incredibly attentive. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful, and varied. If I come back to this city, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

The owner was extremely polite and pleasant, and the home itself was very inviting, with beautiful decor and period furnishings. I had a spacious room with a lovely view of greenery and a church. It was tastefully furnished, with music available, adjustable lights, and a large bathroom with a huge shower and music. Breakfast was rich and good quality, served on a pleasant veranda with yellow furnishings and decor, including flowers. Highly recommended.
