Nancy really knows how to put on a stellar breakfast, with eggs, pastries, and fresh fruit. We had a great room too. Such a gem of a B&B, and we loved visiting Ypres. We spent most of our time cycling through the countryside around town.

We had a lovely time talking with our hostess, she was super friendly. The breakfast was delicious, made with fresh local products. The indoor space for our cycles was much appreciated, and it's a great place to set off on a cycling tour.

There's parking right outside, and Menin gate is about a 10 minute walk away. The hostess looks after all your needs, and the breakfast spread is excellent: meats, cheeses, eggs, bread, fruit drinks, tea, coffee, and more. The dining room is just left of the entrance. Upstairs are clean, quiet, modern rooms with private bathrooms and comfortable beds. The stair lights come on with motion. A good night's sleep and a filling breakfast, a great choice!

Nancy is a fantastic host, and breakfast is top notch. The rooms are superb, very clean and modern, with comfortable beds and everything you need. It's well placed for an easy walk into Ypres centre, and there's secure parking for bikes.
