Just six rooms, all very clean and magnificently designed. This is the hotel of nearby 2 star restaurant Tomorrow Saint Nicolas. The breakfast alone is worth the visit!

The room faces a busy road, but you don't really notice it once you're inside. The location is great, right next to the restaurant.

The couple who run this excellent hotel and guest house were efficient and welcoming. I did need to take a taxi from Ieper centre to get there, but the spotless bedroom and exquisitely prepared breakfast made for a great stay. I found it on Trivago, and the price was very reasonable for the high standard. C'etait tres agreable!

The rooms are splendid and have all the amenities. Breakfast was great too.

Everything was catered for, and the place was so clean with very friendly people. I’ve never had a breakfast like this, all homemade and top-notch. 15 out of 10, never experienced anything like it before. We’ll definitely be back.
