Vakantiewoning Cosy Corner

We booked Cosy Corner in July 2017 for a week in August 2018 because this was meant to be a really special holiday. Cosy Corner sent us a reservation confirmation email soon after we booked. But when we called three days before arrival to ask how to get the keys, we were told there was no reservation and that someone else had the property. We sent them the confirmation email, but they said it wasn't their fault and blamed a booking agency, even though the confirmation had come from them. If we'd waited until we arrived, we would have had nowhere to stay. We managed to book somewhere else at very short notice, but it cost us three times as much. The owners of Cosy Corner don't seem bothered. The customer service was terrible, and we would not recommend them. We had to give a star rating to post this review, and only gave one for that reason.
