Wave Resort – Ultra All Inclusive

We had a very enjoyable stay, with pool areas arranged so people can have their own space. There’s a quiet adults-only section as well as a separate children’s area. The gym was a pleasant surprise: spacious for a hotel, very well equipped, spotless, and overlooking a lovely garden. The restaurant was kept exceptionally clean, with staff clearing and resetting tables attentively, and the snack bars were just as well looked after. There was a wide range of food, from fish and seafood to pasta, pizza, and oven-cooked dishes. The desserts were disappointing, though, often tasting like cheap whipped cream or having almost no flavor. Coffee was poor too. Apart from the lobby bar’s espresso machine, it came from a dispenser, even at the bars. A few beach and pool bartenders seemed uninterested, slamming glasses down and not paying much attention to orders.

There’s a dedicated adults-only area if you want some peace and quiet. The entertainment is great for all ages, with daytime activities if you feel like joining in, and the lifeguarded beach has lots of places to eat. It feels very warm there, and I believe it’s along the Black Sea. The resort is huge, modern, and spacious, with plenty of poolside beds spread around, so there’s no need to rush for one. The pools are crystal clear and constantly cleaned, and the polite staff keep the whole resort well maintained. The hotel wraps around a brilliant water feature that lights up and dances to music at night. An elevated walkway runs through the main pool area, making it easy to get around. Staff are very helpful if you need anything. A brilliant place for a relaxed family break, with something for all ages.

Kate and Stella, the concierges, were absolutely amazing and made the stay extra special for me and my wife. Everything else was amazing too, but those two ladies made it feel like a six-star place. The food was one of the highlights, fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of choice from the buffet and themed nights. The facilities were clean and modern, and the place felt safe and welcoming for families. The kids’ activities were well organised, with something fun happening throughout the stay. The Wave Resort is excellent for families. Its water park and pool area kept both adults and children entertained for hours each day. A few staff members could have been more attentive and friendly, but that didn’t spoil an otherwise memorable holiday. We’d definitely return and recommend it to families looking for a relaxing, fun getaway in the sun.
