The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the food was delicious, carefully prepared, and served with a smile. What stayed with us most was how friendly and attentive the team was. From arrival, the staff welcomed us warmly, answered our questions with care, and made us feel at home. A few bartenders were rude and unfriendly, and the wait at the bar was quite long. That was the only downside. Amelia Hotel exceeded what we expected, and we're already looking forward to returning.

Everything felt fresh and spotless, and the restaurant served delicious food with lots of choice and quality ingredients. The location was just right, close to everything but still calm and relaxing. Staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. We loved our stay at Hotel Amelia and can't wait to come back.

The beach was great, but the rest fell short of a 5-star ultra all-inclusive stay, especially the food and drinks. Hygiene in the restaurant was awful, and service was practically nonexistent. The animation program was mediocre, too. There's just one indoor bar, with very long waits, and the outdoor bar is best avoided because everything served there is poor quality. Guests also have to pay extra to use the rooftop pool.

The beach is close, and with the outdoor pools, slides, and mini disco entertainers, it's a good setup for families with young kids. We found the food fresh and tasty, with a nice range of dishes each day. Dinner and the main meals were especially enjoyable, and there was always something new to try. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had those little details that made it easy to relax. From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming and helpful. We've already been talking about another stay and will recommend Amelia to our friends.
