A handy place to unwind near Sofia. The mineral water can be really useful if you have back problems.

We had a really relaxing stay. The staff were helpful, the pools and baths were lovely, and there were massages too. Bankya's air is amazing, and the hotel is right by the big town park. There were only four guests in the whole hotel because Covid infections in the country were rising. The safety measures were all in place, including masks, distancing, disinfection, and a heavily chlorinated pool. It wasn't ideal, but we felt safe.

We arrived to find that the room we'd booked had already been given to someone else. Reception was awful to deal with, slow and irritating. A lot about this place is bad. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Block B had a roomy bathroom and spacious rooms. The area was quiet, and the restaurant food was good too.
