Ores Boutique Hotel

I felt like a valued guest here, and the friendly, professional staff were always willing to help. Food was fresh, varied, and delicious. The rooms were spacious, modern, comfortable, and spotless, with thoughtful details throughout. The location is extremely convenient, close to everything I needed. It’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Bansko, with comfort, quality, and a warm atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back.

The staff made a strong impression: kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Hotel Ores is conveniently located for town, but still quiet enough to unwind after a busy day. It has a calm, pleasant atmosphere. The room was clean and cozy, with good equipment and a very comfortable bed. I enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting comfort and good service in a peaceful part of Bansko.

Hotel Ores is peaceful, with a good location close to the center and ski areas. I found it good value for money and would gladly stay again. The place is cozy, clean, and well maintained, with a warm welcome on arrival. The room was spacious, comfortable, nicely furnished, and had what I needed for a relaxing stay. Staff were very friendly and polite, and always willing to help. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Bansko.

The location was the only real plus, and it doesn’t justify what they charge. The room looked nice at first, but the shower leaked all over the bathroom every time we used it. The sheets, pillows, robes, and towels all had red and yellow stains. The pool was smaller than the photos suggested, and the amenities were a joke. Breakfast was another big problem: the sausages and meats looked days old and were disgusting, the selection was very limited, and many items were a miss. Some of the staff were rude. When we asked simple questions, they seemed bored or answered in an annoyed way. This isn’t a five-star hotel as advertised. It’s an expensive knockoff with poor amenities, and it’s not worth the money. Avoid it.
