We had a lovely four-day stay. The spa was lovely, and the rooms were spotless, with excellent staff and service. We really appreciated how clean the kids' playground was. The food was super delicious. It's in a great location, with a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. Everything was perfect, highly recommended!
Service, staff, location, food, rooms, and cleanliness were all amazing. This resort has become one of my favorite places in Bulgaria, and I'll definitely return with family, friends, or my partner. I recommend it 100%. Thank you!
A really nice place with everything you need, close to the mountains. It's amazing for a vacation with kids, and one of the places we love visiting in any season.
Breakfast was especially good, and the rest of the food was delicious too. The rooms are spacious, the service is great, and the spa water is incredibly relaxing. It’s expensive, but a great place to stay.
Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was so-so, with lots of rules, like no jumping or making loud noises, and you had to pay extra for the jacuzzi. The rooms had a strange smell, and dinner wasn’t good. The place feels dated and not very well cared for.
