Teddy House

We spent most of our time in the restaurant area, with its nice fireplace and delicious food. The menu has enough choice for everyone. The staff were great, and our room was clean and comfortable. There’s a hotel parking lot, plus plenty of other places to park nearby.

For a peaceful, pleasant and civilized stay at the Bansko ski resort, Teddy House is a great option. The buffet breakfast was very nice, the spa was great, and the place was clean and quiet. Most of all, the family and the staff were so willing to help. It’s really worth it.

The room was warm and clean, and the staff were good. But the walls are thin, so you hear people in the next room. Breakfast was poor for my taste, the pillows were thin, and the smoking policy was very poor. There were no shades or curtains, so people could actually watch you sleeping. Hardly a three star hotel, more like two, and the nightly price is too high for what you get.

The rooms at Teddy House in Bansko were clean, cozy, and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were always nearby and ready to help, and they handled requests with care and a smile. The management clearly puts effort into looking after guests, with attention to the small details. A good choice for a family hotel, recommended.
