Das Marina Bourgas

I’d avoid paying extra for a sea-view room. Ours was extremely hot: the room was 30°C when it was 31-32°C outside. The AC brought it down to around 27°C overnight, but by 8 a.m. it was back in the thirties, about as hot as outdoors. That’s completely unacceptable. Breakfast was barely there, as if they only wanted to be able to say they served it. I’ve never seen a smaller buffet; the vegetables were good and the egg was okay. The hotel itself is new, modern, well furnished, and really clean, with high-quality furniture and a great atmosphere. The location is perfect and service was good. For the price, it’s worth it as long as you don’t get a sea-view room.

The hotel was neat and clean, in an excellent location, and breakfast was very good!

The sea is very close, and the view from my room was fantastic. Breakfast was perfect, service was excellent, and the room was spacious, super clean, and comfortable. I only got to stay one night, which was a shame. The value for money was excellent, and literally everything surprised me in a good way. I’ll definitely come back.

For all five days of our stay, I went to the restaurant each morning for coffee after my walk, and they charged me a different amount for the same order each day. On the last day, I raised it with the manager on duty, but I don’t think she even acknowledged it as a complaint. That was a real letdown. The hotel is in an excellent location, the rooms are clean and spacious, reception staff were amazing, and housekeeping was up to standard.
