Hotel & Spa Diamant Residence - All Inclusive

Valentin and Anastasia at the bar were lovely to spend time with, always friendly and helpful when we wanted drink suggestions. The food was a real highlight, all of it delicious and very well prepared. We were impressed as soon as we arrived. The hotel is attractive inside and out, clean, and clearly well cared for. The staff were happy to help and made us feel welcome. It was a very comfortable, luxurious-feeling stay, with even the little details taken care of. We enjoyed every minute of the holiday.

I’d seen some bad reviews and felt a little nervous, but I had a wonderful stay. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy, and the staff were kind and helpful. One receptionist in particular had a lovely attitude, a young woman with long hair worn down. I wish I could remember her name. The cleaning ladies were friendly and came daily, changing towels, topping up toilet paper and vacuuming. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was especially tasty, and there was plenty to choose from, so it was easy to find something you liked. The outdoor pool was great, and the bar staff outside were polite and pleasant. The drinks were good too. The snack bar was decent, though the burgers and pizza weren’t the best part of the hotel. The beach is very close, about a 7-8 minute walk, definitely under 10 minutes. I’d happily come back in the future.

We arrived at 8 p.m. and were welcomed with an invitation to have dinner straight away. The staff kindly took our suitcases at reception, then after we ate, we checked in without any rush and someone showed us to the room. We were surprised to find apartments rather than ordinary hotel rooms. So far, everything has left us with a very positive impression.

The service was great and the hotel was very clean. We also liked our spacious room and the good range of food. We really enjoyed staying here.
