The location is great, but the rooms let it down. We had four rooms, and every one had a problem, including things like a broken AC, sink, or bed, and mold. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The reception staff member who helped us was very kind and gave us great advice. We were also really happy with the apartments: they were spacious, very clean, and had sea views. Thanks again, and we’ll definitely keep spending our vacations at this hotel. Greetings!

The reception offered us two apartments for our 14-night booking. One had damp walls from the rain, and the other didn’t have a proper kitchen. While we were sitting on the sofa, a cockroach came out of it, and we found more bugs in the kitchen. We had to leave that same night. Their cleanliness rating of 9 out of 10 makes no sense to me. We can’t sleep around cockroaches. We came back the next day and spoke to the receptionist about what happened. She didn’t seem surprised and said we’d get a full refund, but that we had to handle it through booking.com. After we left, we contacted booking, but the hotel refused the refund. They called us liars, claimed we’d already booked somewhere else, and said we hadn’t even checked in, so we couldn’t leave a review. That meant other guests couldn’t be warned. Booking didn’t protect its customers, and we never got our money back. Worst trip of our lives.

It’s a great spot, close to the beach, bazar, Ferris wheel, and Tour Eiffel. The prices are reasonable, and the rooms are clean and spacious, with working AC and hot water all the time. The staff paid attention to what we needed.
