Mr. Nikolay Nikolov at reception deserves a special mention for the service. I'm also grateful to chief manager Mrs. Hamkova, who I feel runs the hotel with high standards and finesse. It really is an extraordinary hotel where guests can experience genuine hospitality.

I loved the sea-view room, such a relaxing way to spend a vacation, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in a great spot, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Everyone on staff was friendly and happy to help, with detailed answers to all our questions. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Bourgas.

Spacious rooms, comfortable pillows and very clean bathrooms make this a good city or business hotel. That's pretty much it. Some rooms don't have a coffeemaker.

For the price, it's worth considering as long as you don't book a sea-view room. Those rooms get extremely hot. Ours was at 30° when we arrived, with 31-32C outside. The AC brought it down to about 27C overnight, but by 8am it was back in the thirties. Having the room at about the same temperature as outside isn't acceptable. Breakfast was barely there, with the smallest buffet I've seen. The vegetables were good and the egg was okay. The location is perfect, and the hotel itself is new, modern, well furnished and really clean. The rooms have high-quality modern furniture and a great atmosphere.

The pavement outside the hotel needs fixing. It's dangerous for bikes and cyclists.
