The pools, around ten of them, don't seem to get cleaned or maintained regularly, though the lawns are watered and the grounds aren't generally dirty. The showers are rusty and worn, and much of the outdoor equipment looks old. This is the largest residential complex in Sveti Vlas and Elenite, spread across the first and second lines. It feels like upkeep slipped after the developer and management company spent the first two to four years maintaining things to attract private investors. Once most of the complex had been sold, their commitment and efficiency seemed to fall off, and you can see it in many small details. Getting around is hard without a car. Parking is cramped, and it's difficult to find a convenient spot. You may have to look in the complex's separate area on the second line or around the grounds, and if you leave your car, someone else may take the space. The beach is down about 100 steps, then roughly 40 meters to the left. The complex is rocky, so the shoreline is too, and there's no promenade or embankment. There's a cafeteria with a strong cafeteria smell and restaurant prices. Another restaurant has more interesting furniture and no cafeteria smell, but the selection is poor. There isn't really anywhere else to go, apart from a small, pricey grocery store. These days the visitors include grandmothers and grandchildren, along with 80% of Ukrainians who come under the support program.
